To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
